Shana Hall

Shana Hall is a certified Leadership Coach and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 22 years of proven facilitation, leadership coaching, organizational consulting, and change management experience. She works with senior leaders to implement strategies that yield optimal results. 

 

Shana’s leadership coaching philosophy is simple: work with leaders to create awareness, modify behaviors, identify barriers, facilitate positive change, and achieve desired outcomes. Through powerful inquiry, curiosity, gentle provocation, and exploration of challenges, Shana partners with leaders to design customized coaching programs and results-oriented action plans that maximize potential and achieve sustained success.

 

Shana’s career began at Ernst and Young (EY) as a business process engineer and management consultant. Prior to starting her business, Shana worked as an organizational change management and communication consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Shana has provided executive leadership coaching, facilitation, training, strategic planning and implementation, and project management services to private, non-profit, and public sector organizations including: National Fair Housing Association, Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Labor, Food and Drug Administration, Patent and Trademark Office, Maryland State Department, General Electric, Fannie Mae, Sprint PCS, Cigna Healthcare, and CSX Railroad.

 

Shana’s training from Georgetown University’s renowned Leadership Coaching Program provided the foundational knowledge required to meet leaders where they are in their professional journey and uncover pathways to desired results. More recently, Shana’s long-standing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion led her to pursue Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training to gain a better understanding of the latest strategies and methods for coaching leaders through organizational change as they embrace diversity, create an inclusive culture, and implement sustainable DEI practices vital to maintaining a thriving and successful workplace.
