How does a Coaching Relationship work?

Coaching usually involves: 

  • A commitment of at least 6 months, usually meeting twice a month in person, or via video or phone calls 

  • Ongoing support and regular check-ins in between meetings, as needed

  • Setting clear coaching goals, aligning them with the organization’s goals, and regularly monitoring progress
