Group Training and Conferences

Leadership behaviors are learned experientially. Practicing these behaviors iteratively improves the quality of leaders. We do cohort based leadership training for a range of different groups within organizations, whether ad hoc or as part of annual professional development programs. This includes leadership training for high potential staff, those who are being readied for higher responsibilities, or for middle or senior levels who need to consistently improve and learn new leadership skills for their responsibilities.

Training is delivered via modules that build upon each other and training topics are tailored to team needs. These modules and topics can include practicing values based leadership, leading with influence/without positional authority, communicating impactfully, and managing polarities in leadership. A wider range of topics is available upon request. These topics can also be delivered via conference keynotes and conference sessions.
