Janet Sullivan is a certified leadership coach, facilitator, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) leader with over 20 years of experience enhancing the performance and well-being of individuals, teams and organizations.
She has served as a trusted advisor in her roles as head of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for multiple organizations in financial services, technology, government and nonprofit agencies. In her role as head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for an agency of 17,000 employees, she leads all DEI efforts and manages the Office of Equal Opportunity Employer.
Janet has developed and delivered impactful DEI trainings, partnered with organizations to conduct diversity audits, developed and implemented systemic DEI strategies, coached executives and HR leaders on how to lead their organizations through the journey of dismantling systemic bias. Janet has also developed and implemented programs to support BIPOC and LGBTQIA leaders and staff.
Janet strongly believes in the need for organizations to carve out investments in leadership development and coaching for BIPOC and LGBTQIA staff.
