Strategic Visioning and Planning

We support organizations and teams to set a meaningful and aspirational vision for themselves in line with their mission, and take them through a systematic and methodical process to develop an actionable and measurable strategic plan. 

 

This work involves organizing listening sessions with staff, leaders, and clients to hear what matters most and then working with the teams in interactive smaller groups to steadily and iteratively evolve a strategic plan. We specialize in taking into account the dynamic changes happening in that sector, and factoring in the necessity to balance flexibility with an enduring and clear set of outcomes and results. 

This work also involves developing monitoring and impact evaluation tools to keep organizations and teams on track, so that measurement of progress and results is front and center in the strategic visioning and planning process.
