The Leadership Roundtable Series
We organize this globally focused dialogue series to allow leaders from different parts of the world to share insights, challenges, and goals, and learn from one another. In an expertly curated and facilitated series of three consecutive dialogue sessions on the most pressing issues of the day for them, a small group of 10-15 individuals from similar industries/sectors, leadership roles, and/or growth interests, are able to seek inspiration, advice, community, and the chance to share what they are facing within a confidential setting.
The Leadership Roundtable Series addresses interesting themes such as identity and vision; managing and leading change; developing the resilience to lead; comprising and leading intergenerational teams; and implementing deep transformation within your organization. The three sessions are interlinked, and feature frameworks and questions for group dialogue, small group breakouts, and practical suggestions to implement. Participants will receive handouts with reading resources after each session. By the end of the series, participants will also get to know one another and widen their professional networks in a meaningful way.
This is offered to leaders across the world, who want a thoughtfully designed dialogue that takes into account a range of different cultural and geographical contexts and realities, and that offers community, growth, support and shared learning.
